Big Feastival 2018

If there is one festival the rain can’t dampen – and that would have to be the Big Feastival.
This three-day festival is aimed at music lovers, food lovers, families and anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. Event Merchandising had the pleasure of selling merchandise at this wonderful event, from line up T-Shirts to the Official Event Lanyard, featuring 20 pages with timings and the event map.
The Big Feasitval is known for its family fun activities, from kids and adult cookery classes, family activities, fun fair rides, a great variety of pop up restaurants catering for all, a variety of food stalls to satisfy everyone’s taste buds and plenty of live music to suit the entire audience.
Event Merch succeeded to provide the Feasitval with plenty of great quality merchandise to sell to the public, to make each individuals experience at the Feastival an even better and more memorable one – what better way to do this than being kitted out with an event line up tee, a water bottle which can be used for the whole weekend and a fab sticker pack putting a big grin on every child’s face?
Merchandise plays a big part in the customer’s experience when attending festivals and our aim is to cater for this and ensure everyone comes away with a great selection of high quality merchandise.
For the Big Feastival Event Merch supplied a great selection of merchandise this year – a Line-up T-Shirt, Hoody, Lanyards, Bucket Hats, Water bottles and an added extra was a ‘Goody Bag’ including Stickers, Lanyard, Bag and some healthy seeds to add that little something extra for all to enjoy!

H-D Celebrates It’s 115th Anniversary In Its Home Town

What goes down at a Harley Davidson 115th Anniversary Party? Well motorbikes of course. Thousands of Harley Davidson motorbikes paraded up and down the streets in Milwaukee, celebrating the fun-filled journey of this iconic brand. It wouldn’t be a Harley party without music and dancing, hence tunes and performances were blazed all over Veteran’s Park, H-D Museum and Rotary Performance Pavilion during this 5-day merrymaking.



Merchandise was plentiful for the loyal customers of H-D, with several destination points assigned to make the customer shopping experience just that bit more sensational.


True to the H-D brand, customers could show their individuality by customising their tees. Making these into truly unique pieces, whilst remaining bonded to the brother and sisterhood rocking the H-D 115 Eagle.

CBBC Summer Social

CBBC Summer Social, the liveliest festival all year, rounded up families and stars such as New Hope Club, Union J, Sophia Grace and many more. Kids (alongside their adults) danced, screamed, laughed and met with their CBBC and Cbeebies favourites at Croxeth Hall, Liverpool over the weekend 3-5 August.

Everyone got festival ready with their glitter faces, big bows, official t-shirts and lanyards. 3 days later and the kids still showed no signs of tire!


Soccer Aid for Unicef at Old Trafford

Event Merchandising were at Old Trafford for Soccer Aid raising funds for Unicef. We had multiple pop up stores throughout the venue. Products featured included a replica Team kits and the Soccer Aid football. The Teams were led out by captains Robbie Williams and Usian Bolt.

Heritage Live 2018

For the first time in 5 years, live concerts returned to Kenwood House on London’s Hampstead Heath, Audley End House & Gardens in Saffron Walden and Wrest Park in Beds in the summer of 2018. Restoring a tradition that began at Kenwood House in 1951. Under the direction and promotion of Giles Cooper, the relaunched concert series placed Heritage Live back at the top of the summer entertainment schedule.

Based within the stunning and iconic English Heritage venues of Kenwood House in Hampstead, Audley End House in Saffron Walden and Wrest Park in Bedfordshire. The 12 date concert series will deliver a stunning range of entertainment, combining the very best orchestral arrangements, Operatic and Rock legends and next generation artistes.
