It first hit our computer screens in 2005 and 12 years later it seems you cannot go a day without watching something on YouTube. YouTube has provided the world wide audience with some unbelievable, entertaining videos, but the medium has also served as a chance for people to express themselves through ‘vlogging.’ Enter DanTDM. Dan TDM, real name Dan Middleton, has rocketed to stardom as a Youtube personality. His videos mainly focus on the popular game Minecraft. Dan published his first video in 2012 and now has just under 14 million subscribers and his channel has racked up Pink Dan TDM Emblem Logo T-Shirt Pink Dan TDM Emblem Logo T-Shirt Dan TDM Unisex Tour T-Shirt Dan TDM Unisex Tour T-Shirt over 9 billion views. The Diamond Mincecraft channel is the 3rd most subscribed channel in the UK. He has won several kids awards and has also broken a Guinness World Record. In 2016, Dan decided to step away from the camera and take the big stage, embarking on a national tour. Dan wanted merchandise to be sold on his tour which includes references to his videos. Using our creative in-house art department, we produced a range of apparel and accessories to be sold on the 15 date tour. We also created a 36 page programme, comic book style which include tour images. Dan was thrilled with the merch and even posted videos/posts on his social media channels. 2017 has rolled round, and it has become even more evident that Dan is pheneomon all over the world. He recently touched down in Australia to play two nights at the iconic Sydney Opera House. There is no stopping this young man! Back in November it was announced that Hull was crowned the new ‘City Of Culture.’ They faced stiff competition form other cities such as Leicester and Swansea, but were declared victorious, perhaps a surprise to some. However the city has thrived and strived since taking the crown.
Hull 2017 asked us to produce a range of merchandise to help support their reign on the throne. Our in-house design team have now transformed the hull streets into chic with our merchandise which will make anyone weak at the knees and digging into their pockets- it’s some of the coolest merch out there! Who wants Armani or Versace when you can have a Hull 2017 t-shirt for Xmas?! That’s right, we even managed to the supply the merchandise in time for the Christmas period, which is available to buy in the House Of Fraser store in the city centre.
The culture vultures are hovering in the skies waiting to swoop down and grab their merch which Phil Batty, director of marketing for Hull, says is a great opportunity to get in amongst the city’s historical achievement.

She has left fans begging for more night after night: Rebecca Ferguson, the Liverpudlian lass with a soft heart but powerful vocals, is currently undergoing the biggest tour of her career so far. After postponing the original dates to work on her new album, ‘Superwoman’ is the long-awaited gem fans have been craving for.
Her journey began in 2010 when she finished as a runner up in the X Factor. However, the pop and soul singer songwriter is arguably one of the greatest exports to derive from the show. Her debut album ‘Heaven’ went on to sell over a million copies, whilst the difficult second album syndrome appeared to not phase her and went on to be well received by both fans and critics. Last year she released a covers album titled ‘Lady Sings The Blues,’ and now has completed writing her third album ‘Superwoman.’
EML have loved the experience of producing the official Rebecca Ferguson merchandise for the tour. We even sent our youngest member of the team Louis out on the road to travel with Rebecca and the crew which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Louis explained; “Rebecca was everything you imagine her to be: kind, down-to-earth and very welcoming. Every night she was always willing to sign programmes and CDs, which was great of her to have done.”
The tour began up in Llandudno Wales and has since made its way to Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle and many more destinations. She recently performed at London’s Palladium which was regarded her best performance of the tour so far. A few jaws were left gaping when Rebecca elegantly graced the stage in a range of stunning outfits.
Rebecca, mother of 3, truly does define the superwoman figure. She is certainly a role model and has embraced the chaos of music and fame in her stride whilst managing to also raise her children single handedly. The album has been adored by fans since it was released and the tour has been a tremendous success for EML and everyone involved. The sporting event took place in venues made famous by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games and ran from 10-14th September 2014, starting at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Over 400 wounded, injured and sick Servicemen and women from 14 nations competed and it ended in a star studded closing ceremony.
