World’s first standalone TRANSFORMERS and PEPPA PIG stores now open in London’s Battersea Power Station

Calling all TRANSFORMERS and PEPPA PIG fans! Head to London’s Battersea Power Station for the ultimate shopping experience at  the world’s first permanent, standalone TRANSFORMERS and PEPPA PIG stores.

Located side by side on the ground floor of the iconic Battersea Power Station and covering a total 4700 sq ft of retail space, these flagship stores offer a unique immersive shopping experience combined with exclusive merchandise. Whether you are a fan of Autobots and Decepticons, muddy puddles or both, there’s something memorable for everyone!

TRANSFORMERS store:

Opening in the brand’s 40th anniversary year, and hot on the heels of the TRANSFORMERS ONE movie release, this new store aims to delight fans of all ages with the latest products and entertainment across films, comics, toys, and games.

The high-octane, interactive in-store environment brings the TRANSFORMERS franchise to life through gaming and trading card arcades, a bespoke graffiti wall plus a photobooth offering personalised photo souvenirs.

Exclusive merchandise will also delight fans – from ranges of bespoke collectibles and clothing to an exclusive, limited-edition cover of Skybound Entertainments’ awarding-winning TRANSFORMERS comic (featuring Battersea Power Station artwork) model kits, new Ty Bouncer soft toys plus much more.

PEPPA PIG store:

This year PEPPA PIG is celebrating its 20th anniversary, so for Peppa-lovers, lots of oink-tastic fun awaits in-store at Battersea Power Station.

The PEPPA PIG store will feature free daily meet-and-greet appearances with Peppa herself, where a hug and a photo are just part of the fun of an ‘oinktastic’ family day out at Battersea Power Station!

In between Peppa’s appearances, children can jump around on the pretend muddy puddles or play and learn with the many PEPPA PIG toys and games to be found dotted around. A soft play seating area allows for time to chill, read a book, or watch what’s happening on the PEPPA stage, where episodes of the PEPPA PIG series will play throughout the day on a giant screen.

Looking to buy holiday gifts? Amongst the wide range of PEPPA PIG products on display, exclusive concessions with Emma Bridgewater, Trotters of Chelsea and Trunki ensure this is a one-of-a-kind retail experience with price points to suit all budgets.

As an ideal stocking filler and souvenir, a new picture book: Peppa goes to London, is launching in-store.  It includes updated edition of Peppa goes to London book which features the Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station and is the first PEPPA PIG product to feature the new character, His Majesty The King.

 

Families can capture memories of their special day out at the PEPPA PIG store at Battersea Power Station by posing in front of the photo wall – which features a bespoke backdrop of Peppa beneath the Power Station’s iconic silhouette.

If visitors feel a bit peckish after their shopping and in-store excitement, they can also indulge in Peppa-themed sweet treats from the Hummingbird Bakery stall.

Travelling to Battersea Power Station couldn’t be easier with the Zone 1 Battersea Power Station Underground station bringing the riverside neighbourhood within 15 minutes of the West End and the City. Battersea Power Station also has its very own Uber Boat by Thames Clippers pier and is a 15-minute journey from Embankment, 20 minutes from Blackfriars, 30 minutes from Putney and 40 minutes from Canary Wharf. The riverside neighbourhood is easily accessible by bus, bike, car and train too.

Event Merchandising is open and retailing in Glasgow for the Cycling World Championships in outlets throughout Scotland including a superstore in George Square. His Majesty the King appreciated the dedicated tartan too.
Event Merchandising Limited is proud to announce its appointment as the Master Licensee 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships in Glasgow and Scotland. This prestigious role encompasses the management of wholesale, licensing, and retail programs, as well as venue retail operations throughout the championships, taking place from 3-13 August 2023.
The 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships is the largest cycling event in history, featuring 13 UCI World Championships across seven disciplines held in various locations across Glasgow and Scotland. As the Master Licensee, Event Merchandising took charge of delivering and retailing licensed products through the official venue shops, local and national retail outlets, and the dedicated online store at
One of the highlights of the range is the adorable Mascot Coo, along with locally inspired Scottish products including a dedicated Tartan, crafted by Lochcarron of Scotland. Lochcarron had the honor of hosting a visit from The King and Queen during Holyrood Week, where they showcased their commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
