Event Merchandising very first Tour was for Gary Numan

Event have became involved with hundred’s of different acts over the years. Event has evolved as the industry has changed. More to the point Event is involved in changing the industry.




Concert/Event merchandise:

Event Merchandising is our name and our speciality, bands come to us wanting something a little different. We will supply a complete branded look finishing off the garment with neck labels, zip pulls and woven trims. The Event team is dedicated to make sure that every client is aware of the options available. Our in house design team is there to create a fashion leading range of product.

Event can work on a number of different ways to suit the artist’s requirements: Mangement fee, profit share, royalty basis or supply only. But ultimately we believe in partnership. Event will listen to your needs and build a balance between profit, quality, service and branding.



Display

Event Merchandising takes great pride in the standard of our display, We are very aware that the power of display is in direct correlation to the maximising of sales potential.
Even in Concessioned Venues, we instruct the hall's vendors and insist that all displays are done to our high standard. We will create additional point of sale to highlight the smaller products.



Accounting

Sales figures are produced daily on computer and are available on the day following each show.
Event Merchandising Ltd would have a Tour Manager at each event and his responsibilities would be to produce all the sales figures as well as liasing between yourselves and Event, checking all displays, managing the stock levels, ensuring that the sales potential at each show is being maximised.


Programme / Brochure design:

We have over 30 years experience in this area and are able to design souvenir brochures making sure the content is correct. Our in house editorial team will coordinate with the artist management and record companies to get all the details right. Making sure the programme is commercially viable and attractive to the consumers. Event will also look after the ad sales making every effort to select and attract the appropriate advertisers.


Website’s:

Event build’s customised website for the artists, the sites are fully secure. Royalties deals are payable on the creation of the store. You control the look and content, we provide the product creation, stock management and fulfilment.
