Merchandising at Picnic with Pavarotti !

Safeway Stores Plc have commissioned Event Merchandising Limited to produce a range of exclusive merchandise to celebrate Luciano Pavarotti's return to Hyde Park.

It is ten years since Luciano Pavarotti performed at Hyde Park and Event Merchandising have once again been asked to produce a select range of product befitting this prestigious event.

Merchandise includes a specially commissioned Graeme Wilson watercolour collectable design t-shirt, sleeveless fleeces, embroidered sweatshirts and caps. To compliment the Viva Italia Safeway theme, Event Merchandising have also produced some limited edition items such as Breakfast Mugs, Picnic rugs, Branded Aprons and the official Teddy Bear.

Artwork has been put together in keeping with the overall theme of the event 'Viva Italia'.

All official merchandise is available via mail order and internet. Major Safeway London stores are distributing the official merchandise leaflet to customers and shoppers are able to call the enquiry line on 020 8208 11 77. The Picnic with Pavarotti web cart is linked to www.safeway.co.uk.

The Pavarotti concert is an all day classical extravaganza for up to 70,000 Pavarotti fans.

The great man himself will be supported by a number of major new classical stars including, Charlotte Church, Vanessa-Mae and Russell Watson.

The concert audience will be able to purchase the official merchandise, a Souvenir Programme (produced by Event Merchandising Limited), sample some exciting Italian foods and enjoy some wonderful classical music in the luxurious surroundings of London's Hyde Park.
